I need a DAC like this so I can have my USB switcher hub provide 3.5mm audio output to my desktop speakers. Given I split my desktop between a Windows desktop PC and a Macbook, making sure that I can switch between the two is important. And I can share that is indeed the case. Seems to be working flawlessly. If I ever encounter problems I'll update this review and rating.This actually replaced an old DAC I bought well over a decade ago whose battery started to fail. It's amazing that I was able to replace what was once an $80 piece of hardware the size of a deck of playing cards with a little thumbstick that is so cheap that its sold in a pack of two.I've no need for the second thumbstick, but I guess it's nice to just have it around for a special need.

Anybody with a Raspberry 5 needs this! The newest iteration of the Raspberry Pi ships without a audio port, leaving users with Bluetooth as their only option. Sadly, some of us still use legacy speaker systems that need a line-in. This product works. I opened the package, plugged it in and connected my speakers, and selected "USB Audio" under audio settings, and it worked without issue.

This thing doesn't do anything. It doesn't show up as anything and does not work at all.In addition there's nothing on the listing page that tells what it's supposed to show up as in the system. But NOTHING shows up.I dunno if it's because it doesn't work in a hub but GET WITH THE PROGRAM. Apple's obsessed with taking a USB plug away every new Mac generation and you HAVE to use hubs.This is just useless. and I'm really not happy with the lapel mic either because WHY THE HECK DO YOU NOT MAKE A MIC THAT WORKS WITH USB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!And just to clarify AMAZON ... NO this is not a review about the mic but that is what this is for. To plug in a TRRS mic into this and plug it into the computer.It does not work for me.

I was given a set of speakers that use a 3.5mm jack. I didn't realize at the time the equipment I have isn't set up in a way that I could directly use it. I do have a USB hub and I figured it couldn't hurt to try these. I've been really happy with the results. It's a simple solution that allows me to have a nice set of speakers.

This product works perfectly every time and allows me to use my headphones on my computer. As far as I can tell it has good sound quality too!

This item is as described. Fully what I expect the item to be. Did the job I purchased for. But didn't solve my issue. Not fault of the sellers item.

These work as expected with no noticeable flaws, however, I bought these because hooking my new headphones into my pc 3.5mm jack barely produced sound, which was a new problem. My hope was somehow jedi magic would occur and plugging my new headphones into these affordable USB adapters might generate a louder sound. I was wrong, I ended up needing a headphone amp, this worked but is not an amp, which you may need if you’re reading this🙂
