The packaging for the globe was quite thin, and it looked like the delivery team played volleyball with it. However, the globe came through unscathed and is quite beautiful resting in its garden location.

I got stainless steel because the glass ones keep getting broken. I know it won't break. Not sure how long the colors will last. Hopefully a long time. I had another stainless steel one from somewhere else. It was blue but now the color is gone.

I purchased this multi-color gazing globe as a gift for my husband's birthday. He loves it and "planted" it in his new flower bed. He calls it his Hoosier Cult Object because he used to see them often when he lived in Indiana. It really adds sparkle to the area.

This was a replacement for a glass ball destroyed by falling walnuts. The stainless steel is wonderfully durable. But because it is a perfect sphere as opposed to the "stemmed" shape of the previous glass ball it tends to be easily blown from the base. Just something to consider when you purchase this style.

This ball is just pleasing to look at. It looks so expensive. It’s big enough. It’s gorgeous. Thank you!!I haven’t seen one that I love as much in a store.

Extremely light weight. There is a small hole that allows sand or something to be added. I’ve read other reviews that the color fades but hoping since these are in shade it won’t happen. Very happy with these so far.
