Pros:-Easy to use and a pleasure to use for getting my legs and feet to move around.-Intuitive remote control. Once I learned what the buttons do, it was easy to use. There's a slot in the middle to hold the remote which makes it convenient for storage.-Easy to use in manual mode. It's simple as it's just turning on, set the speed, and start.-Good grip for the feet. There's included feet straps, but it's not needed for my use case.-They included a mesh blanket to help give the machine grip on slippery surfaces. It does help keep it in place.Cons:-The text can be small to see while using the machine. So when cycling through the metrics, the indicator would be the light that turns on next to it.-There's a lot of modes available which essentially changes the speed throughout the 15 minutes. The only reason to really keep the included instruction manual is to see what each mode does.Overall, I'm very happy with the elliptical machine. I'm able to have my feet and legs move around while I'm sitting for long periods of time. I've used this while sitting on my couch and while sitting on an office chair and was able to reach the machine with my feet just fine. There is an auto-shut off of 15 minutes which is great so that I don't have to worry about it running all day or if I fall asleep while using it.

I bought this Under Desk Elliptical Machine for my parents to help them stay active while sitting. The machine is compact, quiet, and easy to use, making it perfect for seniors who want to improve circulation and stay mobile without putting too much strain on their joints. The remote control is very convenient, so they don’t have to bend down to adjust the settings. The smooth and quiet operation makes it ideal for use while watching TV or reading, without causing any distractions. It’s also lightweight and easy to move, so my parents can use it in different rooms if needed. The only downside is that the power cord is too short, which limits where they can place the machine. They had to use an extension cord to make it more convenient.

This is a very nice home elliptical machine. There's plenty of room for my feet in the pedals, and the very smooth circular motion makes for a good low impact workout. The bright display makes it easy to keep track of my progress.I tried it with the motor and without. Both operations work just fine. I think that the motorized version is good to use when I can't fully concentrate on the physical activity. I can just put my feet in the straps and let the machine move them around just to keep the circulation going without being distracted. But for the most part, I like and need the exertion so I will put it in manual mode.I like that they allow you to use either motorized or manual so that you can decide for yourself. The size of the machine is small enough that it doesn't take up a lot of room. I think I will use it more because it can be where I am and where I will see it. Very pleased with it, thank you.

Machine wil only run 15 minutes at a time so for a longer work out you had t restart every 15 minutes.

I've wanted one of these for a while as a normal sized elliptical would be too big for my home. I think as a result of that thinking, this under desk version actually seems larger than i had imagined. it's not too big for my home but for some reason I think I thought it would be smaller. The pedals are roomy for your feet, the center console has a "pocket" to hold your remote. It comes with a no-slip pad to use, if you need it. It has straps to work your arms and velcro loops to help hold your feet on the pedals. It feels like a quality piece of equipment. I've only tried it a couple times, I like that you can use it without the mechanical assistance, I will likely have it "off" for most of it's use. I played a bit with the various settings that you can use with the remote, maybe one of them will lure me to use it in the "on" position.I am hoping this helps me strengthen my muscles, to help my knees.

This machine works great! It has a very quiet motor. It has numerous programs that are timed that gives you various speeds along with forward and backwards pedaling. It has a handy remote. Comes with a mat. It also comes with arm straps so you can work your arms as well. It also comes with foot straps to keep your feet planted on the pedals. However, you don't really need them to use the device. It is a litte bulky but worth it.

I was a little confused about this product and disappointed to find out that it can only be used sitting down. It also needs to be kept plugged in and I just can't find a good place in my home, but it would work nicely under a desk. It would be good for seniors and those recovering from injury. I actually own a personal size stair stepper type of machine that allows me to use it standing and uses hydraulics instead of electricity, so I would not prefer this type of machine over that, but it might be perfect for some needs.

This under-desk elliptical has been a great addition to my work setup. I spend long hours at my desk, so it’s perfect for staying active without interrupting my workflow. If you’re using it under a regular desk, just keep in mind how much room your legs have to move. If the desk is too low, it might feel a bit cramped.I’ve been using it with a standing desk, which makes it a lot easier to manage. The motion is smooth, and it gives me a decent workout without feeling like too much effort. It’s a great way to sneak in some exercise during the day while staying productive.
