I have unplugged my phone cord wire a million times at work to straighten it out because it gets so tangled that I can't even barely answer the phone anymore. My last cord ended up snapping the plastic piece because I had to keep constantly taking it out. After purchasing a new coil cord I wanted to make sure that it didn't keep twisting up so tight and this thing is the perfect fix very inexpensive very useful works great!

These have worked great in my office. I have coworker that goes through phone cords once a month. This one is still holding on strong with no signs of upcoming issues.

At our office we have some Panasonic system phones and the cord I had was about 8 years old and tangled daily. This fixed the problem. The only con would be that the cord that come with the package are pretty short.

I gave the item 3 stars because it does keep the phone cord untangled, but it does not transmit well. Since I started using it, I have had numerous complaints from callers stating they cannot hear me or the call cuts out. I can't have that at work so I am ditching this product.

I replaced several of my older stretched out in-house phone set cords with this product. Replacement was easy, without any tools. The cord detangler rotates 360 degrees, which automatically prevents the cord from getting twisted. Conversations are clear, without introducing any static noise via the phone handset. I found it to be a cost-effective option to get almost 10 feet of cord length, permitting me to get up from my desk, avoiding a dropped call.

I like that i could get rid of my totally stretched out long tangled up cord. This one is more compact and has an atachment to keep it from getting all tangled. So far just love it and works great.
