Premium urethane round belting is Suitable for your conveyor applications and most other light to medium duty applications. You can join the ends to create a custom belt by simply melting the tips of the material and sticking them evenly to one another until they cool.
How to use?
The method of jointing the ends of the belt:
Step1: To be heated with an alcohol lamp until it is hot enough to melt the end of the belting.
Step2: Join the ends together until they cool.
Step3: Trim off the extra material around the joint until the joint is the same diameter as the belt.

Joining the belt took a few tries as this was my first time working with this kind of product. But once I figured out the process, it works.I needed this to create a belt for my robotics car.

I purchased the product as an experiment in relation to a project I am doing. It does a 65% job, but that not the fault of the product. For the time being it fills a gap. I still need to find something more appropriate. I have no regrets in trying the product. It arrived on time and the price was fine.
