Several other similar products did not have the advertised diameter. This one was spot on, I measured it with a caliper tool. One thing to note is - the screw is not stainless steel and will corroded / rust after a while. Wish they actually included a compatible set screw.

Received promptly, but arrived with wrong size set screws. The set screws were all loose in the package and way too small for holes in the collars. I had to scrounge up a new set of set screws to use the collars.
