These little guys make GREAT musical instrument pickups. IMPORTANT -- these are not pre-wired, so you need to know how to properly solder wires to them without damaging the transducer, of course. However, once soldered, these have produced the best sound of any that I've tried. Honestly, I'm not sure why, and your mileage my vary, but I'm using these for all my homebrew pickups moving forward.

You get a lot for the price you pay. I had a little trouble getting the solder to stay, but I think that is more on me. If I were to buy more, I would opt for the discs with wires already soldered. If you don't have problems soldering, this is a great deal.

These small piezos work well as contact microphones as well as buzzers and sounders. You do need to be careful soldering to them of course - but all of them are like that.Conductive epoxy glue can make attaching a lead to the active part a lot easier if you have difficulty soldering them.Recommended!

Worked well in my meter. Scraped a bit of creamic off the top of the piezo, soldered wires on the top very carefully without getting the piezo too hot and installed it into my meter for continuity checks. The piezo buzzes when my meter is used to check continuity of a circuit. Looks great looks like a good quality piezo and solder adhered to the exposed surface with no problems.
