The carbon brushes arrived in soft foam package in good condition. They are the same quality by looks and feel as you find already installed in commercial electric motors. Whether or not they are as durable I cannot tell. Three stars mean good. The rest is your guess. It took long time (8 weeks?) for delivery though. Price is excellent.
