The pulley is not made entirely of aluminum, the "front" side is made of steel. The tolerances are good, but the attention to final cleanup and de-burring of the set screw holes is lacking. Overall it is what I would rate as "acceptable" for my purposes.

Decent quality but not consistent in Diameter from one to another, one wouldn't think so being a toothed belt pulley, but it throws the ratio off a bit.

Not a very good product. Toothed elts slip easilt because toothed serrations in aluminum are rounded and not flat clean serrations. Will not buy these again!
