Similar to what another person has already said. I live in a hot and dry/desert environment. This .2mm nozzle works perfectly in any standard mister system (with 10/24 threading). It gets the area misted without getting everything wet. It's also true that instead of about a 15F drop in temp, it's about half that. But it's exactly what makes being outside in the sun and heat tollerable. In the desert southwest, where we don't have humidity, .3mm and .4mm nozzles put out too much water. I guess we're just used to being a bit drier. After my first purchase and test, I ordered one more to finish my misting line for my porch. If you want a light mist, this is the nozzle to get.

NO PROBLEMS WITH THE NOZZLES LEAKING OR PLUGGED UP ON INITIAL USE. NICE SPRAY PATTERN. WAITING TO SEE HOW THEY WORK AFTER MORE USE. ONLY A COUPLE HOURS SO FAR. THEY ARE WELL MADE AND SEEM TO BE MADE WITH QUALITY MATERIALS. WILL BUY AGAIN IF NECESSARY.

I'm running a 1,000 psi SS fogging system in my pool area and the nozzles are located in my awning only about 8 - 9 feet from the ground. We live in Phoenix, so the air is typically pretty dry...yes, it's a dry heat. Still, the 0.3mm nozzles were too large - actually got people a bit damp in the evening. OK, as long as we were in bathing suits, but to sit out there in clothes in the evening - had to go to the 2mm. Perfect!

These worked great for the first month after installation and then few of them started clogging with no mist at all. I have water filter installed at the water outlet that connects with 1/4 pipe for mist. I will be looking for alternative brand those would last longer or atleast provide ease way to clean any clogged nozzles

Product is a spray nozzle, not a misting nozzle.
