I use these in 3D printed devices. They are planted into a pocket of known dimensions. These nuts are of consistent dimensions so they hvae alwasy fit nicely.

Purchased these as spare parts for both my Prusa MK3 and also for the models that I print. They are just a hair thicker than the Prusa supplied square nuts so be aware that you may have to either use a blade to slightly shave off some filaments where these are inserted. Or you could always heat it up and insert them, but I found that this takes a but of delicacy because once it has cools down it is pretty much set where ever it is inside the printed part. Then the odds of messing up that nice five hour print goes up. Just a precaution. Purchasing the tips for Weller soldering equipment would probably help mitigate the issues mentioned above. All that said, I definitely would purchase again if needed because the price and they did work for most of my applications.

This is one of those oddball items that are hard to find in a store but required for some projects. I used a few for my 3D printer assemblies and they have been working out fine. Sure, the hole isn't always in the center, but that didn't bother me too much. Plus, if I reallllly needed one, I'm sure I can find one. Glad to have them around.

I use what I would consider "standard" Eurorack rails with sliding nuts. These nuts are slightly too large to fit the rails. For general application, however, they fit M3 screws just fine.

I use this to replace lost square nuts on my Prusa mk3s and MMU2s. fits with no need for adjustment of plastic or metal. I recommend this and will buy again after i run out.

These were the perfect size for my Modular Synth Lab Eurorack rails, which are particularly tight. The should work for you as well if you have eurorack rails with tight spacing for sliding nuts.

I'll square with you: at first I was worried that I might get screwed, but uxcell threaded their way through this market and produced a quality nut with no corners cut.For the price, these are nuts.
