I used the 8x16x7 lip seal to replace a Johnson F4B-11 Ultra Ballast reversible pump that was leaking. Removing the old one can be a little difficult if it sticks but once it’s out and the pump is clean, this new one presses right in (with the help of a socket). Perfect fit.Replaces Johnson part 0.2233.007Writing this review because no wake boat forum seems to have this answer.

This seal (40-60-10) was used on a late 1990s rototiller from Tractor Supply (a red one - now they sell yellow ones). Tractor Supply couldn't help me find one because the manufacturer who made the tiller no longer makes tillers for TCS. I tried their current manufacturer as well as several auto parts stores to no avail. I found this one and like I said, it's a perfect fit. I ended up buying an extra just to have.

The rubber on my previous seal had aged, allowing oil to seep. This was a perfect fit. A pvc pipe and a few whacks with a mallet and it snugged right up. Slightly cheaper than some OEM parts suppliers, too, though I really just got this for the faster delivery time. Would buy again, but I won't need to for a long time!Pros:* Precise fit* Easy install* CheapCons:* It's a rubber seal with a spring retainer, pretty hard to mess up
