Solid construction if you get the right size for the job. I bought the wrong size blindly but am still impressed at how neat and solid these pieces are! My mistake on the size mismatch, good product~

Exactly as represented. Used for routing wires into a plastic tool box that I use for electronics that run my Halloween props. Helps to keep the water out during bad weather, but I also cover with plastic, so they're not directly in the rain.

Used one of these to pass a sensor wire outside a waterproof box with a battery-powered controller. It was easy to install, sealed but did not crush the wire, and all ten units are uniformly constructed. However when the box was submerged water leaked in between the grommet and case. When that was sealed water leaked in through the threading. For truly waterproof items it should either come with flexible washers or use sealant.

Wasn't sure from seller description weather or not these would work for me. I am dressing up my solar panel array to make it more water resistant. I am using a waterproof plastic electrical box, that I am routing my individual panels into using AWG 12 cable. And outputting from there to my controller using 8 AWG cable. These little guy's fit both cables like they were designed to do it. They have a rubber compression ring that compresses and grips the cable insulation as the gland nut is tightened both making a water tight joint and acting as a cord/cable grip.

Great wire glands for round cable. Used in outside boxes for the small cable from waterproof LED lights. Perfect! Tighten by hand and they grip really well. An internal rubber gasket compresses to make the connection waterproof.

Another well made grommet for my project boxes. It seals really well over the incoming wires into the project box.

arrived on time well packed.didn’t notice when ordering that there are no sealing washers included for the bulkhead hole.such washers are common elsewhere but not supplied here.we'll have see if the seal is ok without washers. i can probably find a couple from my stock or botch with ptfe tape or similar.i would prefer washers to be supplied with the parts
