Structures

Plain bearings are constructed with carbon steel as the base, sintered porous bronze as its interlayer, rolled with PTFE and lead compound as inner surface and copper-plated on the outer surface.

Features

Wrapped Bushing is self-lubricating. It offers good frictional property, wear resistance and low noise. Note: Split line can not be used for bearing.

Application

Solid friction oilless bushing can operate during a wide temperature range. Oilless sleeve bearings are most suitable for places where the self-lubricating properties of the material are required.
