  • Oilless, maintenance-free, good frictional property
  • Carbon steel base with Bronze Sintered and composite coating. Suitable for sliding movements
  • Featured with good load capacity and wear resistance performance
  • Wide application such as textile machine, printing machine, hydraulic loader, fitness equipment and agricultural machinery

Description:

  • Plain Bearings are constructed with carbon steel as base, sintered porous bronze as its interlayer, rolled with PTFE and Lead compound as inner surface, and copper-plated on the outer surface.
  • Wrapped Bushing is self-lubricating. It offers good frictional property, wear resistance and low noise.
  • Solid friction Oilless Bushing can operating during wide temperature rang. Suitable for applications with sliding movements.
  • Oilless Sleeve Bearings are most suitable for place where self-lubricating properties of the material are required.
  • Note: Split Line can not be used for bearing.

I used these to help replace my broken luggage wheels. The replacement axles were 6mm so they worked perfect to fill the gap and provide a low friction surface. Only issue is they were too short. Needed a 20mm long one. Solution: use two 10mm in each wheel.

I used these sleeves on some threaded rod to ride against the bearings on my whirligig axels. Very smooth.

Not much to tell about this, other than I was happy with the bushings to reduce an 8mm bore to 6mm. Worked perfect in my application.

They worked perfectly for front shifter bushings on my 1996 Subaru Sambar 4WD 5 speed KS4.

If you're designing stuff for your 3d printer, these are as great as they are hugely overkill (I love overkill) and they take very little valuable real estate. Needle bearings are good for what they are good for, but I find them over-used when something like these are perfect for low-speed rotary applications and even better for most any pin-and-linkage jobs. I was worried about the wrapped copper but it's pretty well executed. I might be a little more careful were I doing precise machined parts, but for plastic stuff that requires a little better than plastic or bronze plain bearings, these are perfect.

Use to replace the OEM one combine with dowel and other bushings had made the steering pole more solid and responsive. Can tell its a day and night difference

Used the 6x8x10mm to shim the bridge posts on a 1996 CIJ Fender Jaguar bridge to make it a "fixed" bridge to prevent it from rocking back and forth. If this is your weird niche case too, this will work for you.

i needed a bushing for an aftermarket clutch lever and this worked perfectly. snug fit on the OD, but that is what I wanted. they are not all the same, tolerances are out by 0.02mm or so give or take, but I just needed one and found the best one in the bunch

Had a 08 gm tilt column, where the steering shaft's plastic swivel had worn oblong due to the metal pivot pins. This gave a lot of sterring movement with out moving the wheels and a little clunking noise. The inside diameter of this bushing and the outside diameter of the metal pivot pin are just the right sizes for smooth and tight operation. Just have to drill the plastic joint for the outside diameter of bushing and press it in. Now you have a nice tight steering column again

I tested them with a 6mm threaded rod and no way they’re 6mm inside diameter.Basically the metal rod simply got stuck inside and did not rotate a bit!
