Getting rid of batteries and having to change them, yes please. Not sure why this has to be an add on and is not included initially. Definitely worth it to eliminate the dreaded battery hassle.

I used this for my blink floodlight with camera and it works great. Nice to not have to change the batteries every few months

So it says my flood light batteries are low with it plugged in wired help have no clue what to do since it’s plugged into the wall but says low battery

Works okShould have disconnect or plugs so can run threw the wall but dosesntIs hard wired and epoxied with large converter

Batteries have no business powering items that will mount to your home. When I decided to reconfigure my security system to add a floodlight, there was no way I was agreeing to use batteries. This kit is affordable and saves time and money on changing out batteries. Easy to install. If you are adding a floodlight, get something like this and make it part of the install. If you're fed up with batteries, buy this and save yourself the heartache.
