This tutu is super cute, and I like that it has a liner, unlike some of the other options you see on here. However, as another poster noted, it smells FOUL upon arrival, so early it with enough time to Febreeze it and air it out. I've sprayed it 3 times, and will probably spray it once more to get rid of the putrid smell.

Fun and festive but not very long. You will need to wear tights or shorts underneath. Had a lot of compliments on these and the outfit.

This tutu fit fine. However, it is nowhere near as full as it appears in the photos. We would have returned it for a different one, but received it too close to Halloween to exchange.

I bought this for a Halloween costume. It is as described and fulfilled my needs. Do not expect a high-end product at this price point. But if you’re looking for a cheap, but decent tulle skirt, this one was great.

I ordered this for an event and was a little apprehensive because I’m a bigger lady. The under portion was snug and came apart at the seam making more room. All in all, I was super pleased with this choice and would buy again.

I have a 31†waist and even with the elastic waistband, the smallest this goes is 39â€. In the photo I am not stretching it- if I stretch it that adds at least 12 more inches. I thought maybe they meant one size fits all plus sizes and looked for tag, but the only tag had been cut off. So, clearly this was not new. Because it took 3 weeks on Amazon Prime to arrive, I don’t have time to get a new one and hope that it fits, so I’m tailoring this to make it work for Halloween.

Bought this to make my daughters Harley Quinn costume puffy. It is ok for the price. Had to take it in a bit. Just wish it was a full tutu and not pieces of tule falling down from the elastic waist. Luckily it is going under her costume so it still works out.

Ordered an XXL and the package that arrived indicated XXL but it doesn’t stretch ANYWHERE CLOSE to what the size chart says, even if the band had, the slip fits very small. It also looks like the tag was cut right off so I can’t even confirm size.
