I’ve been using the VAIIO Forearm Strengthener and Wrist Roller for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m really happy with it. The quick locking mechanism is super convenient, and it’s effective for building hand, wrist, and forearm strength. It’s a solid tool for both men and women, and it definitely adds a nice challenge to my strength training routine.That said, there are a couple of things I wish were improved. The handles, while durable, don’t feel long enough for my hands, especially during more intense sessions. It makes it a little uncomfortable to grip properly, and I find myself wishing the handles were a bit longer for better control. Additionally, the handles tend to get a bit slippery, especially when my hands start to sweat. A more textured or grippy surface would really help with stability and comfort during use.Despite these issues, the product still delivers good results, and I like how effective it is for strengthening the forearms and wrists. It’s a great tool overall, but I do think the handle design could use some improvement for better grip and comfort.

My wrist s are not strong because they are smaller than the average person's wrist but with this piece of equipment I have developed so much strength and size in my wrist and forearms this is one of the tools of arm wrestlers and it has improved my strength greatly

Unlike a few folks, I quite like the grip on the handles.Loop at end makes it easy to attach to all kinds of weights! A great forearm workout!

Works fine. But the grips rub your hands raw when you release it. I don’t like the feeling. It would be better if the grips were just plastic.

This Forearm Strengthener is perfect for what I needed it for because I have a number of kettlebells and fixed Dumbbells which would be ideal for this equipment because of the fixing method.

It looks way bigger in the pictures but it’s small. The grips are way too big to hold onto and rotate. It is not very grippy and it hurts hands when rotating even small weights. It is very hard to keep it stable due to the short handles which brings ur hands closer to the centre of mass. For this price I would have expected something more premium. I tried to use it multiple times but now it’s just sitting collecting dust.
