I have 2 sewer connections on my 5th wheel an I use this from the Y connection to the campground connection and it works well with a lot less extra hose on the ground.Sturdy and easy to store.

It's very handy, because it's shorter, makes emptying my tanks much easier when I'm not connected to sewer lines. I use it with my black water tank.

This hose connection gets the job done when you receive one that does not leak. The extension tube leaked as you extended it due to poor plastic. The replacement works perfectly, but be gentle with it. The one looks like it wants to crack again near the inlet.

Needed a flex line at the end cause the TT needs to go to the parking lot for the winter incase of spring flooding. This way it won't have to be in the exact same spot next yr. It's nice, feels durable, not cheaply made.
