I have used many dry feeders in my life for a variety of pets. I purchased this as a vacation backup (we use a petsitter but I have an irrational fear they won't show up, so, this is a backup in case the sitter doesn't show!).This was a fantastic backup feeder! Easy to load, steep enough the food comes down, and the cats ate plenty (too much) food from it.We have a more expensive and more stable feeder as our main feeder. The one we own upstairs is stable enough a cat could stand on top of it and not knock it down. This listing is not that level of stability, nor did I expect it to be for the price.This is a great buy, however, if you're looking for something long term it depends on what kind of pet you have. An animal could easily knock this down or lift the lid if they wanted to do so. Some animals are that obnox- determined, and some aren't .

My cats have been hiding in the basement a lot in our new house, so we moved all of their stuff down there, including their food. This gravity feeder has made it so much easier on everyone to transition from meal feeds to leaving their food out for them all day. Only complaint is the lid is extremely flimsy and falls off easily, however you can't beat the price!

Great deal, but food tends to stay towards the top of the bowl. I’m trying to train my cat to paw it downward (you would think this would be pretty natural, but this cat is incredibly spoiled). I bought it so I could go out of town for a weekend and not worry about her food for a couple of days, but I still was. My brother came over and moved it downwards into the bowl, haha. It just gets clogged into the top part, but it’s still there and could be eaten. Maybe I’m overfilling the top part, and it’s too heavy for such a light bowl. It was a great deal!

I bought 2 of these to use four our cats. They are the perfect size and hold the right amount of food. If I could give 4.5 stars I would. The design of the lower bowl is very low and so the food spills out easily. As long as your fur kids aren't 100 pounds, these small gravity feeders will work great for you.

What they got right:-Unlike so many of these gravity feeders, the bottom chute is steep enough and wide enough to allow kibble to work it's way down into the bowl without much intervening or pawing. To the products defense, how well any gravity dispenser works is largely going to depend on the shape of the kibble you put in it. Nice round pellets are going roll right down in to the bowl. Fishes and X's are going to hook together and are not going to move to the front of the bowl, period.-It felt flimsy at first but once locked into the base, is sturdy enough. The lid detaches when opened fully which makes cleaning much easier without worrying about snapping the hinge apart.-It snaps together and closed securely. If it gets knocked over when your overzealous 100lb shepherd tries to have a between meal snack of cat food, it stays tightly closed. Anything in the bowl itself will spill out, but the container itself stays attached and the lid stays closed.What's not right:-While the chute is nice and steep, ensuring good pressure against the kibble to move it to the front, the sides of the bowl right at the bend are WAY too low. As a result, food easily spills out the side right at the opening of the chute into the bowl. It also gives the cat too much room to pull food out of the bowl.-As others have noted, the product stickers are really hard to peel off cleanly. In the end, nothing beats hot water but it was time and effort that really didn't have to be wasted had they used a lighter adhesive.

Purchased this feeder as I was feeding a stray cat and we were about to go on holiday and was worried how he would be fed whilst we were away (we've now adopted him). Very pleased with the quality of the feeder and the food does drop down easily, the only time I've noticed the food getting slightly stuck is when its close to the feeder needing filling up, but cats soon work out how to get it to fall down, they just scrape the food down with their paw. I did have to make the hole smaller as the food dropped through too quickly, I altered the size of the hole using plastic from a milk container, tape, and a stapler. I placed the feeder inside a cat house we have in the garden to keep it dry, because if the food was in the open and it got wet it wouldn't work as the food would swell and cause problems. It's very convenient it only needs filling up every week or so and the cats love it.

Acredito que todos vão usar a partir de hoje, pois vou retirar as tijelinhas de ração nos intervalos entre refeições (tentando estimular a busca pelo comedouro). Quando tiver mais informações, volto para editar a avaliação.De maneira geral, recomendo o produto.
