The plate set is excellent.The colors are brilliant and match the coffee mug set perfectly.The plates don't heat up in the microwave either so that's a big plus,the pasta bowls are perfect. The cereal/salad bowls and of course the salad plates/dessert plates are 8in and can be used as a small dinner plate .Love the sides and shape They feel strong, tough and a very stackable. Absolutely love it and highly recommend this set.

Ordered two NEW sets; First box came with a broken dish (appears to be previously returned although we ordered a new item); Amazon replaced it quickly (with a true new one) without a question. The other box came NEW and well packaged. Great stone dishes, they look exactly as pictures; Decent sizes and certainly for those who DO NOT want cups (mugs) with their sets; The soup bowels are actually big and useful; The dinner dishes are large; Highly recommended!Advice to customers: Avoid buying "like NEW" condition of these because they likely will arrive broken (most likely from improper re-packing from the original purchaser); Plus, you certainly don't want UPS guy do their famous box punt on fragile item like these, lol.

I love looking at these dishes...and love using them. I originally ordered the pasta bowls in shades of blue. So dang impressed, ordered this set of matching dinner dishes, dessert dishes and (smaller than the pasta) bowls. I love the shapes; each one is every bit as gorgeous as the pasta bowls. Every piece is well crafted, heavy, and look soooo good! They arrived in pristine condition just like the pasta bowls...well packed to ensure no damage. If you value quality and style you can't go wrong ordering these dishes.

I bought this set for my wife since she was wanting to brighten up our 20-year old white plates and bowls. These are lighter than I expected, but they are holding up very well with regular use and dishwashing. The spaghetti bowls are about 25% smaller than our old ones, but they serve their purpose well (and forces smaller portions which is probably a good thing with pasta meals!). The rest are great sizes. The colors are holding up perfectly. They do get quite hot in the microwave, so be careful there. Time will tell if they last anywhere near as long as our old Williams Sonoma set, but at this price it would be great if they lasted just half as long!

I love these dishes so much! Perfect colors for me and very substantial. However one of the dinner dishes is pretty scratched up. Don’t want to return the whole set for just one dish so hoping I’ll be able to get that one replaced.

I bought the set of 6 hefty dinner and side plates (plus bowls) recently and am pleased. The box arrived looking it had been taped up by someone in the midst of a panic move, but everything inside was securely and effectively packed.I saw dinnerware of this design a couple years ago and liked the raised edge concept. I tend to eat in bed a lot (bougie, I know - don't judge) and sometimes food ends up where it shouldn't. These plates prevent that! Even if you are more civilized than me and eat at an actual dinner table, you'll still enjoy these plates for their protective barriers.Another poster said to wash these by hand to maintain the finish. Uh, no. These aren't mucho expensive plates, so if they fade a bit over the years, so be it. This homeboy don't wash dishes.In summary, these plates seem to be a good value (especially if you buy when on sale), look nice, and provide a solid dude protection plan against spills, stains, and other food-related unpleasantries.

Really happy with these (bought an additional set as spares). The colours are vibrant, they've dish washed well, so far resisted chipping and I'm heavy handed, great quality. Very well packages - no breakages or damage in transit. The plates are excellent as they have a slight lip so sauces and gravy don't run off. Bowls are just the right size.
