Not only were all of my questions answered, but links were referenced even to materials that were not being sold by them. This is what customer service is and to me, more important than price .When I have a question or need help, and the company stands behind their product and helps you, that means the world to me.The product is excellent. It’s very clean design and aesthetic, camouflage beautifully when in use and not obtrusive or blinding when in use.I have everything on dimmers and go down to about 10% output, which is excellent for ambient lighting in clubs, restaurants and spas. Installation went very smoothly because of the quality of construction and design. The lighting is true to the corresponding stops on the switch and there is no flicker or dropout. The color adjust is significant, the amber is very very amber, something I missed or didn’t see in the instructions is how to put these into the track, I had to research it, when installing you pull back the square body of the base, otherwise the same thing that happened to me will happen to you, the pins won't line up correctly in the track, so pull back the body and then twist into place

I bought these to replace a bunch of old MR16 track lighting fixtures that were toast. They installed easily and put off a lot of light. The switch on the back allows you to select the color temperature that best suits you. I switched them all to 2700K. That's right 2700. Their product description is wonky. They show a 2000k and it's actually 2700 on the unit. Their style is rather sedate and muted, which is great for our retail store. At this point (it's early) I'd buy them again. We'll see how they last.

If you think you're getting 2700k, 3000k, 4000k & 5000k, you're not. The 4 settings vary from really orange to bright white (very blue).The lowest two settings are too orange to be 2700k.The 3rd setting is probably closer to 4000k. The 4th setting is white/blue and could be 5000k.The biggest problem is that among the 4 lights that came together... they don't even match each other when set to the same settings. When I put them all on setting 1, I get 4 different colors of orange.The only setting that was reasonably the same across all 4 lights was #3, which is very harsh white (4000k-ish).The fixtures feel solid, but the color is the bigger issue, especially if you are trying to be consistent in your color temperature across fixtures in your home.UPDATE: The seller reached out and responded to this review, trying to make things right. I didn't think this was something they could fix, but they gave me a refund. Their customer service is commendable.

Bought this light set to replace an earlier purchase (from a different manufacturer) that had 6 of the 12 lights purchased burn out. Replacing the lights was fast and easy.So far, so good ... fingers crossed.

I used them to replace the old halogen lights. Fit very well to my existing light track. Muliti light color choices are excellent, they all work well. Hope they last.

These are great for replacing those dusty track lights that likely came with your older house or apartment. The adjust color temperature is a wonderful feature to have on these. Depending on the season, you may want your room to look a little cooler or warmer.Installation was easy with no complaints. The LEDs should hopeful last a long time so i shoulder have to replace them anytime soon.I was happy to see a textured matte finish on the outside of these lights. This should hide any fingerprints or dust on the surface. So less cleaning for me!Everything came nicely packaged along with installation instructions. All of the lights have their own individual boxes so they are easy to safely store away if you don't use all of them. Overall I have no complains so far but I will update my review if I run into trouble any trouble. Two thumbs up from me so far!

Lights have only been installed for three days so I can’t comment on durability. The lights work great, put off a comfortable and refreshing light. They are easily directed to where they are needed.

We have white H track and lights already installed but I love brass and gold so when I saw these I ordered them.They were easy to install with the existing white H track however I really wanted them to match so I installed them with the white one in hopes of later finding a gold one to match.To date I have not seen one that I can purchase the H track only. All the ones I have seen in gold include the matching lights so that is something I will keep looking for down the road.The LED lights mean these should last a long time while also saving energy. They are 800 lumens which was bright enough for the area we installed them.I really like that I can change the color temperature from warm to cool. It makes it more versatile.I haven’t noticed anything but a bit of warmth when they are on and no flickering. The gold finish is pretty and matches the other gold fixtures and accents I have in the kitchen.Overall these are really nice and a good investment but just be aware that the track is not included and don’t mistakenly assume line I did that you can find one to match easily. ðŸ‘ðŸ»
