This was a perfect fit for my 2011 Silverado 1500. It was fairly easy to replace and so far seems to be working well. Plus it was about half the price of the GM version.

Be careful disassembling the old canister. Clamps break very easy. I broke all 3! The new canister is ok but not like the factory one. It doesn't have a place to mount it to the truck. Disappointed!

La coloque a mi camioneta modelo silverado 1500 año 2012 y le quedo muy bien y arreglo parte del problema ya que estaba encendida la luz de revision del motor marcando falla del sistema evap y no se podia cargar gasolina tuve que cambiar la valvula Evap aparte del canister y en conjunto se soluciono el problema y desaparecio la luz en mi tablero

Came earlier than expected.Unfortunately it was not for my truck. I have an 02 Sierra and although it says it will fit it didn't. I should have looked at the picture more closely.I have returned item so we'll see how smooth that goes.
