Love this product. I am a 75 yr old woman and found this very easy to use. I had some problems initially with the auger falling out but after my son in law tightened it for me, using it was a breeze. I planted 500 bulbs on a slope under suboptimal conditions but this product made it so much easier. Highly recommend!

I got this for the big one so that I could use it to dig post holes. It works well for that more or less, but trying to use it for a planting holes and hard packed dirt can be not worth it. It's easier just to jump on a shovel. I'm not sure if this is feasible design-wise, but my sense is that the spiral blade needs to start closer to the drill bit tip. It takes too long to engage those spiral blade with it being as far as it is from that tip of the drill bit.

Product is welded. The spacing of the twists makes digging holes easy for putting in grass plugs. Put in over 220 plugs with it without an issue

Why didn't I buy one of these years ago? It attaches easily to the cordless drill and was great at digging holes to plant tulips and daffodils. I threw away the old bulb planter and did the fall planting in maybe 30 minutes of what would would have taken hours. Seriously, why did I not get this auger before? Excellent garden tool.

I use this to drill holes in the dirt to plant things. It works great and I am able to plant more small plants with less digging than before. This is going to be great when I plant bulbs in the fall.

We had over 800 seedlings to plant. And this made it very easy to get the holes dug. Just the bending over for a short bit. But at least not for very long each time. I will be looking for a wider bit for when 300 have to be replanted.
