Have only used this one day but it is a relief for work-from-home days. A previous working situation trained me to be overly vigilant of the green-yellow-red dot so I got this for my own peace of mind so I can go to the bathroom and read instructions and do the things I would do in the office. It is simple but highly effective. Setup was really easy and clear, did not require any restarting or software, and I appreciated the inventor's little note that came with the unit.

**Edit- The seller reached out after seeing my review. They asked if I would consider giving them a chance to send a replacement. I received the replacement quickly and it works fantastic!! The customer service from this company is unparalleled!Straight out of the box it didn't work. I'm returning it and I'm going to try another brand.

It worked great the first couple months and after started making noise, not extremely loud but enough to bother while working. I forgot I had warranty and thankfully realized a month before the warranty was up. I contacted the seller and was offered a replacement immediately. Received it within like two days or so, seller was very professional and caring. The willingness to help and resolve my issue will have me buying from this seller again. The replacement item is working flawlessly.

Ich bin mit dem "Pad" sehr zufrieden, es erfüllt seinen Zweck und das sehr leiste. Man hört es überhaupt nicht. Ich habe mir einen ganz kleinen PostIt auf die Drehfläche geklebt, da sonst mit bloßem Auge nicht zu erkennen wäre, ob es gerade läuft oder nicht. Hier möchte ich an den Hersteller vorschlagen, daß eine besser erkennbare LED an der Oberseite sehr hilfreich wäre, um den Status von jeder Richtung aus erkennen zu können. Ich bin dennoch absolut zufrieden mit dem Artikel.Ich möchte auch den guten Kundenservice erwähnen, denn ich hatte anfänglich das Problem, daß ich das Pad ausschalten, aber anschließend nicht mehr einschalten konnte. Erst nachdem ich den Stecker zog, lies es sich auch wieder einschalten. Der Verkäufer war so freundlich und hat mir daraufhin Ersatz zukommen lassen, der nun einwandfrei funktioniert.

El ratón se mueve aleatoriamente. No hace ruido. es muy fino (lo cual viene bien para llevarlo en una mochila pequeña para el portatil).
