I bought this gazing ball to enhance a section in my yard and am very pleased with the look I was trying to achieve. I purchased the light blue and it's absolutely beautiful. I put the gazing ball on a tall stand and it reflects the surrounding area perfectly. Am pleased with the quality of the product as well. If high winds are predicted, I suggest you bring the ball inside to prevent it from blowing off the stand and shattering because it is glass. Just a smart precaution.

Four months and the coating wore off and now it looks like a dirty glass ball. Totally disappointing. Too small, now ugly. Was using it at house path entrance. I had two, at each end of path entrance and a workman accidentally broke one which this was the replacement for. So disappointing.

I was worried buying a gazing ball,might break in shipping. BUT IT WAS VERY WELL PACKAGED.IAM HAPPY ITS A BEAUTIFUL COLOR.I HAVE IT ON A STAND IN FRONT OF MY PORCH Surrounded by hosta plants.its perfect!

I rushed out and placed on the pedestal right away. Well, made. The hump / nipple fits the stand perfectly. I especially like the rubber cap on the nipple it made the fit very snug. Now my downwind neighbors can quit adding to their glass ball collection every storm.

Ok...so ball came wonderfully packed in box.But sadly the grazing ball itself was not there best.The ball has obvious defects in glaze. For example... multiple scuffs, multiple bubbles and messy looking reflextion.It totally is a factory reject.My advice... find in your local hardware store so you can look over before buying.
