Good boost gauge for your turbo diesel.As stated in another review, the place where the line connects in the back it a bit too long. This is only a problem if you are installing in an A Pillar pod.

Gauge itself works good. But it did not come with a mounting bracket, when caused multiple times around the area in an effort to locate one. Ended up finally located an aftermarket mounting plate from another manufacture that fit.

Don't bother buying VDO guages. The one I received rattle so bad I had to send it back! This gauge requires ferrules, tubing and tee fitting which are not included. I just got a prosport, and its unbelievable how much better the quality is for a lower price. LED lit, the look is way cleaner and comes with everything you need all for $45. I have a major complain, this is a good looking gauge and most likely can work good as well, but....somehow Amazon is selling it stand alone and no fittings/connectors coming in a package. Here the problems starts.Me as a mechanical engineer having difficulties finding any thread size barb fitting I can connect a plastic hose (from my turbo air intake). The thread diameter is 10.2 millimetres OD (overall diameter) and little bit under 1mm pitch, not a 1/8 NPT fitting would fit and not a 10mm fitting would fit and the tread is cylindrical not tapered.I have contacted Technical Support Team; Business Unit CVAM; Continental Division Interior; 6755 Snowdrift Road; Allentown, PA 18106 USA ([...]) in several emails and got an impression their tech support is even less knowledgeable then myself telling me "All of our boost gauges use this thread size 1/2" have a 14 pitch. (1/2-14 NPTF)." Well, this is wrong, wrong business.This gauge goes in a trash can and I am looking now for a full kit, most likely away from amazon.
