First off you have to have a jeweler screwdriver to take out the screw.It's hard to take apart just to get the battery to turn on.The step counter mileage pedometer calorie counter I didn't see any of that.Folks if you're looking at this go look at another one this is a piece of s***. For the money I expected just a little bit more.So did you guess I'll probably send it back

It is easy to use. I attach it to my shorts and it records my steps. I don’t walk as much as I should, but this challenges me to do better. Good value for the money. My phone records my steps, but it isn't too handy to carry my phone everywhere.

lanyard didn't work as expected. put on bottom of pants, worked better. but part of directions in chinese so I assume thats where it was made. no disrespect . you get what you pay for I guess
