These chairs are attractive and sturdy. Assembly works better with 2 people. Just follow the instructions to the T. The rings on the back add a nice touch for decoration or napkins. I also sprayed them with a scotch guard to protect them from the teenager in the house.

I'm happy with my purchase. The instructions are clear, however it was a little tedious, lining the holes and bolts together. It takes patience and focus to do it correctly. Some of the legs didn't line up but those little glides helped line them up so that the chair doesn't rock or scratch the floor if you have tile. I saw someone say you only tighten them 80%. Please read the instructions in its entirety. It says after you line the chairs up go back and tighten them 100%. I would hate for someone to get hurt. And make sure you're putting the legs in properly. The stickers show you which side to insert. But if you don't pay attention you might put it in the wrong way and the legs will eventually break.Overall I'm happy with my purchase. The chairs are beautiful, and comfy. Nice deal for six luxury style chairs. I hope this helps.

The seller will make a lot of excuses when you report an issue. One of the chairs we got had a leg that was totally uneven and wobbly. The seller asked for proof, after the defect was confirmed by pictures and videos. They suggest we adjust ourselves or get 6 dollars compensation for the bad chair. Hence, it was a manufacturing issue, and it had nothing to do with the ensembling. We rejected the offer and asked to send the bad one back, and get it replaced with a good one. They came back offering $15, totally ignoring the request to replace it.They are really hard to work with and don't value their customers. We ended up returning the whole set, because it is unacceptable that you pay $394 for a set, have a manufacturer issue, and they are not willing to work with you to fix their mistake.
