When used properly it is both safe and environmentally friendly. Wood is typically still wet when its delivered to the job site. As it dries, you should expect slight changes in width and length. As lumber dries, it may split, cup and warp. This is more likely to occur to occur in lower-grade boards, where knots and uneven grains are already present

Wanted a special window sill when I had my kitchen window repaired after a bad leak. This piece of wood was expensive but worth the money. It adds a touch of elegance to my whole kitchen. If I ever have to replace another window sill, I will buy it again.

I knew this was construction grade however there was some expectation that I would get a usable piece of lumber. This was an edge cut of sap wood thus not a bit of the redwood characteristics that are desired for crafting some small items. Felt like I was taken advantage of and took a piece of their junk wood off their hands. Should have known better.

Overall the wood was good. One had a pretty long crack through the length. But overall satisfied

A couple boards showed heavy planner marks. One board had a nice size chunk missing toward the middle of the board but overall the boards are really nice. The defects won't hamper me with the project I am working on. I would buy from this vendor again . . .

Beware of reference of high quality, board received was of very low grade (substantial knots, cracks, and imperfections] 25% of Edges beveled, dented or missing chunks. One Crack was about 1/2" deep and over 2 feet long. Also, around 12" of the end opposite of the crack was covered in thick pitch. Expensive lesson!

"Premium quality" not. I can use 2 of the 7 I bought. Will go look elsewhere...
