It's a PVC pipe. What else can I say. It definitely serves its function.But it came dirty - like, smeared with dirty water that later dried. Weird brown drip stains on it. No idea if this thing was previously used, or if it was just kept in a dilapidated warehouse. Either way, pretty strange. I should have a low bar for a simple product like this, but gotta dock a couple stars for not just sending me a fresh looking product.
