I love mine’ had it for years and everyone loves it. very durable, easy to open and close, yet quite secure for passport, credit cards and even a small change purse. several friends asked about ordering one just like it. It’s perfect!. i just ordered a new one, different color this time.

So first, I'm in my husband's profile so to be clear I used this more like a little purse on the trip. It held 2 phones and reading glasses or 1 phone and 4 passports with my license and credit cards on the outside zipper pockets when we were out and about in Europe. The Velcro started to unravel around the 10th day of using it and then by day 14 it really started having trouble staying closed. If you use it for short trip you should be good but if you want to use it longer and remove items regularly then it may not be the best choice. I had to open and close it a lot to get the phone out to use the camera and that really wears the Velcro out. I read the pick-pockets love it when you put your phone in your back pocket so I kept it in this bag at all times. Bottom line is I was not pick-pocketed! My items were safe. I wore it on the outside of my shirt as a cross body because with all the items I placed in there you can't wear it inside because it was too bulky. I actually turned the black side with the breathable air mesh to the outside so it was more stylish and I kept my hand around or on it to be sure no one else's hands were in there. I had to watch 2 kids and keep us all together in crowded unfamiliar areas so it did it's job. I won't be able to use on another trip though because the Velcro on the flap has completely unraveled.

UPDATE:The Neck Pouch Neck Wallet WAS WONDERFUL. I don’t know how we would have made the trip without it. It held my passport, credit cards & money PLUS shot records and boarding passes. Since my hands were full of carry-on luggage, the Neck Pouch was so freeing, because everything I needed was right there – no searching or holding up the line. This was very important since trip involved 7 flights. Otherwise, the Neck Pouch dropped behind my shirt and was invisible. It is lightweight and very comfortable to wear, with an adjustable neck strap. The Product is very well-designed, well-made and looks smart, too. And the VENTURE 4th Customer Service is THE BEST I have ever dealt with – bar none. After our trip, the stitching on a section of the Velcro had come undone. I contacted VENTURE 4th and within days, I had a new Neck Pouch, at no cost to me and NO HASSLE. Once, again Patricia, one of the co-founders, took care of everything and followed up to be sure all was well. I cannot recommend the VENTURE 4th PRODUCTS and the COMPANY high enough. It deserves 10 stars and YOUR BUSINESS. You will not be disappointed because Patricia will make it right.ORIGINAL REVIEW: I just received the Neck Pouch Neck Wallet to hold my passport, credit cards, money and other travel doc for an upcoming trip to Peru. Fresh out of the box, the quality of the Pouch is great and it holds all that I want to take. It carries a life-time guarantee and you can either register online through a "Messenger" Chat or, if you are a senior like me and don't know what that is, you can call the VENTURE 4TH Customer Service No. The rep said she would take care of me and in a matter of minutes I received an email reply from one of the co-founders, Patricia. She had already registered my Pouch for me and provided a nice discount code that I could use on future purchases. So, I went right back to Amazon and ordered a 2nd Pouch for my husband and a money belt. Good Customer Service is often hard to find and it is a pleasure doing business with this company. I wore this neck pouch over my clothing and under a cardigan sweater for my trip to Mexico last September. Amazing organization providing fast, easy acess to everything I needed, including passport book, air ticket, phone, reading glasses, cash, lipstick, compact, tissues and a small stash of snacks. When I was seated on the plane and on the bus, I stowed it in my "personal item", a large shoulder tote. I loved being able to access items easily without having to dig through my everyday shoulderbag (which I transported in my tote). Also, I was able to secure the pouch & contents in the safe provided in my hotel room. Now, I won't travel without it.

I did not use this product. I have been searching for a hands free bag for travel that reduces my risk for being pick pocketed.This product is well made, but the straps are NOT adjustable and are too thin for me.Instead, I decided to purchase a crossbody belt bag. I can purchase an inexpensive RFID wallet and put it in the bag. It can hold everything a neck purse can, come in a size not too large, and be comfortable. I plan to wear it under a jacket. The neck purse might have the advantage of being able to hide it under a shirt or blouse. The crossbody bags have wider straps. I might end up with Lululemon, but Amazon carries similar products. These bags are common and do not signal tourist. I did see other over the shoulder bags, but they were too big or oddly shaped.I hope you find this helpful.

I really like all the different pockets on this. Not only can I keep my passports and essential travel documents but when we are not in flight mode I can use it as a small purse (when appropriate, I have a theft protected purse when in crowds) The Venture passport holder sits nice and flat and can be adjusted to be cross body or closer to my neck. I haven't travelled with it yet. I will update this after I do.
