My wife has an older model DVR machine, and it was time to replace the discs. So we went to Amazon,of course, and selected what we thought was the best choice for new +RW discs. They arrived promptly,and fully wrapped. Unfortunately, after trying 4 different new discs, the machine would not record on them. When she went back to her old +RW discs, the machine recorded again. We have no way of knowing if the Verbatim +RW discs are a "bad batch" or what, but we can't return them and will end up discarding them.
