I have purchased another brand from amazon which I had to return due to handle was not functional. It might have been a very easy fix but the manufacture company was very difficult to communicate as well as after sending them all the photos and videos they ask me to talk with amazon for the solution. I ended up returning the product and purchased this. It has been very functional and great. it was easy to install and very easy to operate.

Difficult to open and close blinds. Some Slats quickly fell off. One plastic piece to rehang broken. Before the break I ordered another to replace one of two that came damaged. Now I have to pay for shipping back the one recently received . half the cost of the blind. while the one hanging is junk and will have to come down. I have lost $150.

I love the look of it but we did not realize that it was bent and makes it difficult to pull closed, Like the way the ribbed blinds look and keep the sun out. Slats did not last they were poorly attached at the top and kept falling off breaking where they attached.

Missing the brackets. Thought I may be able to use the brackets of the one I am replacing but the new one is 1/8 inch wider.Also. The fedex deliverer made note the package was damaged. The ends were torn open. The hardware bag probably fell out. And the rail was bent. I straightened the rail enough to make it work but then the measurement was too wide to use the old brackets. The valiance was chipped but had not planned on using that anyway. But the clips for that were missing also.I was saving alot of money buying through amazon, but........beginning to think I would be better off spending more to be able to inspect the product before buying it.Not too happy at this time.
