I run a couple pizza shops and the staff all split tips each day. We were using a bag to keep the tips in behind the counter so that people wouldn’t steal them (yes, people do that ALL THE TIME). I decided to go with this design because it’s easy enough for customers to put money into, but it’s hard enough to get money out that you’d definitely notice someone trying to take some. Not like with a tip bucket where they just swipe and get whatever they can. It’s still easy to get the money out of it at the end of the night, though, or when needing some more space.The size of the box is perfect! It’s big enough to easily fit and remove about 100 bills, but not so big that it’s obnoxious on the counter.The style is also classic and simple but still draws the eye of the customer. Tips have risen since putting this cute little box out. Glad I went with it!

We have the tips jar set up clearly for our customers to see and immediately they leave a tip. The staff really appreciated this and the extra money in their pockets. The staff is encouraged to give better service. Win- WinStrykz
