Just bought a 2024 Tiguan SE-R. Bought the original item since we didn't want rear seat straps and weren't concerned about a space between the cover and the top of the rear seats. Our Tiguan comes with 2 square insets on each side and this product is spring loaded on each side. 10 seconds and it fits perfectly into each inset. When we pushed the rear seats back (the top of the seats can be laid back a few inches, the space was covered. Don't hesitate to save yourself hundreds here.

This shade fit my 2022 Tiguan perfectly. It was was easy to install, and has functioned well.My only gripe is that the rear part of the shade near the tailgate sort of “flops down†does not stay out straight.This was as seen in the photos from the seller and other buyers. Maybe it’s due to the shape of the tail gate. Maybe the factory shade would be the same. Who knows, it’s on back order and is 3x the price.Overall, a good value. It does what you need, will cover your stuff in the cargo area, installs and removes easily, and opens and closes well.I would recommend.

Seems to be a lot of good reviews for this product but mine arrived in the condition shown in the picture. The box it arrived in was not damaged so make of that what you will. Needless to say I returned it.

Easy to install. Good fit. The extended part that clips to the headrest posts covers the gap well. No noise when driving. This does not scratch the interior. Feels pretty sturdy.The product was a bit dirty when it arrived so I had to wipe it down with a damp cloth.I was a little surprised that there were no instructions. It’s not rocket science but people might appreciate knowing that you have to push the main bar in on the sides to get it to fit in the interior body big slots closer to the rear seats!Also, what the heck was with the massive oversized shipping box that you could have put a bike in? The cargo cover did come wrapped in a thin styrofoam sheet bag but that’s it.Overall I am pleased with the product. It’s a fair bit cheaper than the OEM cargo cover cut it appears to be good quality.

On a Tiguan 2019. Mine was dirty when I received it. I guess it came from another car, maybe another brand. The fit is ok but there is a big gap between the rear window. You have to get in the car to set it correctly which is awkward.

The product was a bit dirty when it arrived.Easy to install and good fit on Tiguan 2020. There is a gap between the rear window after closed trunk door.
