My daughter and I both use this daily. We are beginners and needed something that would accommodate to that. My son does box jumps often and this is too short for him.

Sturdy enough but much smaller than expected. Yes, the dimensions were listed, but it's hard to visualize unless you have a chance to put your hands on the equipment. This is a rather small box. When you attempt plyometrics on this it is easy to fall off and the box often tips over. Get a size or two bigger and don't make the same mistake as me.

I bought this to be able to do specific workout moves but have found it’s useful for more than that! It’s my resting spot, bench replacement (in some cases) and super confortable to use. It’s firm but still has a bit of give so it’s not hard on the body. I use this daily now!
