This bath is priced well but upon arrival I saw that the protective foil they use on the stainless leaves a residue at the edges that is difficult to remove. Then once assembled I found the structure to be unstable, they use one screw at each connection which is not rigid, a dog in the bath shakes the whole thing making the dog feel unsafe. The sliding door has a sharp edge on the leading edge which my dog nearly got cut, it left a mark but didn’t cut him. Hardware as shown in photos is clumsy at best, brass rough in hardware is visible and make it look unfinished. Ladder is not safe at all, it slides all over the place and even off the rails, my dog fell off as the ladder slid away. Lastly there is an odd foam tape all over the back that I had to cut away, maybe used to cover seams in lieu of welding them. This is close to being a good product but I will be making a steel cradle for this to keep it rigid. Likely I’ll also screw the ladder down so this safe. Not really recommended unless you are up for some work to make it safe. For reference I have a Vizsla around 45lbs who fits well in the bath dimensionally it’s just not stable.
