I guess I missed the picture that showed it slid out also. I'm really happy that is does ( wish it came out farther, but even a little helps.) I had this brand before and it only lasted 2-3 years so I'm hoping this one does better. I haven't used it much yet, so will update if something goes wrong

The heat press came disassembled in the box. There were no instructions to how to put together. I had to look up a similar product for guidance on how to install. The top of the heat press is not quite aligned with the bottom just like a similar consumer explained.I have not used the press yet but update when I do

I liked howany parts come with this set. Wish it was easier to interchange. Heats well. Goes as high as 390 degrees f. How to set the temp and the tine was very confusing. The directions were poor! I found a you tube that helped! To set temp. Select set 1 time put in the temp. Hit set put in time set then Fahrenheit or Celsius will be last set. I also had an issue with my hat press. It came with whay looked like ink on it. I contacted the company snd they offered a percentage off. I prob won't use the hat portion much anyway do I took it. It did make me wonder If I received a returned or srcond item. I asked that question several times but never got clarification.

My first heat press ! After many years hiatus from graphic arts/signage - I decided to get back into it again. Things have come far ! I decided that I wanted to expand my offerings. This thing is well made and strong. Temperature is accurate ! Action is flawless. Can't wait to try the mug attachment !

I received this product with no assembly instructions and it is self assembled. It is missing some assembly items as well. The how-to videos that others have completed, have the actual machine assembled and the attachments are not assembled. I am disappointed in this product.

Though I don’t love storing it, this thing is WAY better than a household iron for pressing vinyl. I’m glad I purchased this.
