Definitely high quality materials, All parts are high end and easy to assemble. They didn't skimp on parts. I wasn't sure what I would get but exceeded what I thought, which doesn't happen much with imports. Go with the 50" which this is.

I have a several things that are frustrating me with this unit.1. The steps are a JOKE! As soon as my dog steps on them they begin to slide back under the unit, which startles the dog, making them more hesitant to go up... I have 4 dogs and have had to lift each of them up into the unit every time I've used it thus far.2. The drain doesn't sit flush, so water stands in the bottom each time I finish.3. The filter on the drain is flimsy. When I try to pull it out of the drain to clear it out, the handle pops off and I have to fumble around to get it out. Hoping to get this replaced???4. There's a support bar on the top 'shelf' that is intended to keep the platform from bending - it's detached on one side, which I assume will allow the platform to slump in the middle - hoping to get that replaced???5. The dogs' toenails absolutely DO get stuck in the holes that are in the platform. I'll put in a rubber mat.I have no experience with this company and hopefully these things will get resolved. If so, I'll be happy to update this review!

This tub is roomy and the basin is solid. It is pretty straight forward to put together which is good because it comes with no directions, not even a QR code to scan. The ‘special’ hair eater drain that comes with it will not connect to anything you currently have. The faucet leaks and the sprayer head is plastic and also leaks. The tray is so slippery you will absolutely have to use a towel or a bathmat and the holes are the perfect size for toenails to stick in. The door does not latch and moves with the slightest touch. If you have a question during installation, customer service will get back to you in roughly three days. After $50 in drain parts (including a whole new strainer and basket), $50 for a new faucet, $30 for a new sprayer, $15 for a bath mat and I will need magnets to keep the door closed…….i might be done paying for this tub. Never again.

For the most part this is perfectly adequate product - but there are a couple of issues.Plumbing it to drain is difficult because the outlet has to be below the tub level, which is quite low. If you're just letting it run into a floor drain it's fine, but don't think you're going to be draining it like a washing machine - there's no pump, so it's gravity fed, and water (at least at my house) does not flow uphill.My biggest issue is "oil canning" of the basin - there's a high spot in the tub, so it doesn't drain completely (despite the tub being level) unless you push down near the drain. They could have done a better job of bending the bottom of the tub so it would hold its shape and drain better.I did notice some rust in the hardware for the tray handles - everything else is stainless steel but apparently they went cheap there, because some part of that hinge is rusting.

I'm very impressed with the quality of this with stainless screws stainless fasteners. All completely stainless, the plumbing. It's pretty well all there. You should not need anything except where you hook onto your plumbing and your drain. I'm very impressed and I set. I mean, I will recommend this to anybody. Mine is working perfect Thank you.

I purchased this dog washing station for my community. This way my residents can use this instead of their home. It is a very nice unit and high quality. I can only tell you that my residents are so happy. I would highly recommend this unit for the money. You will not be sorry!

This is rubbish, it shouldn’t rust, I clean and dry the bath everytime I use it, the seller keeps saying they will help me but have just told me to treat the rust and then offered me £20! I’m getting nowhere with them, they say it’s got a warranty of two years but then refuse to do anything. Amazon won’t help as it doesn’t fall in with their A-Z warranty. For a almost £800 bath I don’t expect it to look like this after only just over 5 weeks
