I'm not sure if it's supposed to do this or not, but oil started leaking out of it when I first used it. Otherwise it is easy to install and works well.

Our 2021 trailer had an electric rv tongue jack. Every time we went to go for a trip it would be froze up. After many blows with a hammer it would finally free up. I went to do the same thing recently and had the same issue. We bought this 5,000 lb manual tongue jack and I couldn’t be happier. The one we had was only a 3,500 lb jack. This one is stronger, great quality, easy to install, and I have zero concerns about it working when needed. I would certainly purchase this again. Also, purchase new bolts to replace your existing ones and squirt some PB blaster on the bolts the night before.
