Recieved mine with hardly any box left. Most paint is scraped off. Works as intended, but doesn't have the lifting eyes as shown in picture. Attempted to file a claim on it and was told must wait to recieve refund until they recieve it. So stuck with it now.Should be issued a refund once item is picked up or dropped off.
