This is a commercial grade soft serve machine which requires a 20AMP breaker. It takes about 15 minutes from adding mixture (room temp) to start serving. The hopper is refrigerated - big bonus. We replaced an Electro Freeze soft serve machine with this Vevor unit. If you have not used a hopper type soft serve machine before, the manual that comes with this will be almost useless. It does not even mention the air tubes that are so important to obtaining good results. I had to polish the sealing surface of the left cylinder because there was plastic mold flash that protruded onto the sealing surface, causing the machine to leak mix onto the floor. Vevor support did not understand the problem, even though I sent photos. They suggested fixes that had nothing to do with my problem. I also had to repair the air pump because one of the armatures that works one bellows had fallen out of place in shipping. Other than that, it is a well designed machine and it is easy to clean as the ad says. it runs much quieter than my old machine. It makes a nice product once you learn how to adjust it. The manual explains the touch screen pretty well, but otherwise is not very helpful. If you are mechanically inclined, this is a great machine.

Bought an ice cream machine from them used it for 4 months. Motor went bad. Have been corresponding back and forth for over 4 weeks . They respond every 2 days . Had to send them a video. They are slow playing the whole process then offered me $20 partial refund. I paid $1700 dollars for machine that all it needs is a motor . I use it for my small business and have lost a lot of income. I would highly not recommend any of VEVOR products and would urge Amazon to not sell this crap a 1 rating is to much
