I really like this bucket system, contained everything that was necessary for the build, I think it could have a better air pump, but the included one is adequate. My only gripe is with the listing, it's stated it was supposed to include a water pump, but was not included, and the vendor would not send me one, I should not have to send a picture for reference, if I was trying to get away with something I could just remove the water pump from the picture to receive. I got the five bucket systems so I can remove the water from all buckets from the reservoir no need to try and empty each one individually.

Sweet spot for price and quality. Sure it doesn't say a special name on the side. But it's the same stuff for a lot less!

Ordered the five bucket system all of it was there except for the water pump which you need in at 5 bucket system to circulate the water and nutrients correctly the parts list even shows there should be one water pump. Contact customer service and was told it would be two business days for them to get back with me by email we're waiting to see if I have to return it or they're going to send the water pump .I finally heard back from the vendor I was told that this kit did not include the water pump like it shows that it did so it is not a complete system .The whole purpose of having a reservoir is for ease of testing and adding nutrients the way it is with this kit it needs the water pump for circulation if not when you add nutrients to the reservoir it will not correctly mix with the other buckets in the system some may get too much some not enough the water pump is needed for that even distribution of the nutrients without it you may have different readings for PPM and pH for each bucket and that's a setup for frustration heartache and probably a few dead plants

Did not arrive as advertised! I was expecting a small water pump to help the water flow as shown in the pictures. I received everything else for my 4 plus 1 bucket hydro system but ended up not using the reservoir since the water pump wasn’t included, my sprouts couldn’t wait for the return process. Could’ve saved $ buying the 4 bucket system.

I purchased the 5 bucket system. Hydroponics are to to me. All the parts and buckets are nice. Everything fit together and I'm growing! 2 tomatoes, 1 chili and a luffa vine.My kids and I are enjoying this new experience.I emailed customer service a couple times and they were fast to reply and had good helpful answers.No regrets. This is a cool fun system. Good support and quality product.

Got it set up just fine, but there are no instructions on how to use anywhere! All I really wanted to know was what the water level should be in each bucket. I wrote to the seller and asked, but got no response, just a diagram of parts !

Highly recommend this company, ordered and received, after making all connections over half leaked at valves and the company sent out a whole new kit when I just asked for the faulty valves to be replaced. I will definitely use them again if needed. Top notch company ,I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!
