Our 2 inch ratchet straps are tested for durability and longevity. These heavy duty shoulder straps with flat hooks use high strength polyester webbing. Shoulders made of polyester webbing can withstand heavy loads without stretching or breaking. The polyester webbing is so water resistant that water will slide right off the webbing and can withstand storms. Each ratchet strap has a load capacity of 1,738 pounds and a breaking strength of up to 5,208 pounds.

How do I use the Flat Hook Ratchet Strap?

To use the Flat Hook Ratchet Strap, thread the strap through the ratchet and then through the flat hook. You pull on the ratchet to tighten the strap and then secure the ratchet. Ratchet straps can be used to secure cargo on trailers, trucks, boats and other vehicles. They are also used to secure load-bearing equipment such as scaffolding and air compressors. In some cases, they can be used in place of ropes or elasticated cords.
