I purchased this 3 months ago. The 400w external power supply casing is shocking me whenever I touch it. I can only imagine there is a bad grounding wire internally. I am not opening the casing to find out either. There is no option to contact the company to see about a replacement. With only a 3 month life span and no company support I would HIGHLY recommend to buy elsewhere.
