I’ve had at least 5 or more heat presses of various types and sizes, but this is the worst one ever received. It came completely unassembled W/instructions totally missing steps, parts weren’t labeled, eg “see figure 3”, but the images go from 2-4 referencing parts that aren’t labeled anywhere. And the worst part was once it was finally assembled, it doesn’t get very hot at all. I would NOT recommend this product,

I love it it gets the job done . And it's very easy to use and durable.

It took a little while and several adjustments to get the heat press put together. The screws and bolts are not clearly named. One step seems to be left out on my copy of the manual. I got it figured out. So far so good. Have not used the press yet but will update later. Update: I used the heat press. I have an issue with it. The temperature won't set. It works but keeps rising above what I set it to. I asked for a replacement from Amazon. They are sending a new one and I am sending the defective one back. Update if needed.

Easy to set up, easy to operate , decent instructions. Hasa nice size bed , seems to be made of quality materials Heats uniformly and holds pressure as it should. Functions as i would expect it to. For the price i dont think you can find a better option. I'm happy with my purchase.

I wanted to test a cheaper alternative prior to investing, this is very convenient in style and setup, and very durable, however, it is very inconsistent with heat distribution. I will change absolutely nothing and have the first set of mugs turn out great, while the second and third set is ghosted. Same placement, same heat settings, same designs. It does not make sense. I’m wasting more mugs than necessary and it breaks my soul to have to throw away a perfectly good mug due to the image being half messed up for no reason after it already survived delivery without breaking.I’ll also add that this doesn’t actually fully fit the 15oz mugs, but depending on your mug style (if it’s not an all-over design but just something small on both front and back) will depend on if you can or can not sublimate on a mug that big. I don’t regret my purchase I just have to work around the heating Inconsistencies until I decide on a better one. Would still suggest this to someone new to sublimation wanting to test out if you’re able to spare the money knowing you will eventually need to upgrade if you like it. It’s still great for here and there, but not for bulk designs all at once.

Exactly what I was expecting and works great

The instructions to put is together are extremely unclear even missing figures (see figure 3 .... No figure 3) misspelled words and just overly a hot mess to even try to peice together. Words like beef..... Instead of beep and lacking spaces and punctuation.Bigger issue is bolts don't fit together once I Jenga played this thing together magically the base plate missing a screw cause they don't fit into the peice that I assume was right because the instructions are no help at all. The base plate lifts up cause the bottom peice don't attach to anything I tried to add a picture of that issue. Over all just a pain in the but to put together if it even goes together. Waste of money cause nothing fits properly and instructions are so unclear. Basically in useable till I can sort out the unusable screws.

Absolutely love it, works perfectly

I received the unit on October 23. I have used it a few days and now it doesn't work. It won't heat up. It's hasn't been a month.I sent an email to Vevor but no reply and now I am concerned that nothing will be done.
