I used the edging to make some slightly raised flower beds on a the side of a steep grade where I was working around a lot of natural outcropping of rocks. I do wish they made shorter height. I ended up cutting 2" off the height to get the height I wanted. You will need a very good utility knife for cutting to length or scoring for sharp bends/corners.Overall I found the product easy to work with.

I needed something taller to create a boundary against some aggressive grass. The 10-inch depth fit the bill perfectly. Thick enough to last a long time and easy to work with.

I live in California where the temperature is over 100 degrees most days during the summer. I tried installing this as an edging and grass barrier in my backyard. The material softened and did not hold its shape, it buckled up along the length even though I laid it straight. I took it out and will be looking for something sturdier. It is much thinner than other terrace board I have used, may work well in cooler climates.

I surrounded a flower bed with large stone blocks and wanted away to keep grass from growing under and between the blocks. I put this edging on the inside of the blocks, lining the flower bed. The blocks are about 4 in. high so the edging extends 6 in. below the blocks. The edging is thick and still manageable. "Installation" was straight forward. I'm confident the grass/weeds will not easily get into the flower bed.

I am giving it a 5 star because it is perfect for my application. We have a terrible water runoff problem from my neighbor's property. He said he was going to do a drain down the property line (about 400 feet) but I have yet to see it after several years of promises. It floods my driveway and I am driving through 3 inches plus of pooling in large areas.I have a vinyl fence that is supposed to be an even 4 inches above the ground but that didn't happen when installed either. Some of it is as much as 8 inches.I prefer a thicker edging but and am also using the 5 inch amazon basics edging coil but what I did is to run this along the fence row with the posts holding it in place then put dirt in front of it to at least 5 inches to hold it in place. The 5 inch edging overlaps in accordance with the water flow.I know that the water can come through the slats of the vinyl fence but I am hoping it won''t get to that extreme.It actually worked so I am going to get another roll and do a longer run by sliding it behind the 5 inch.

We have a iron fence and we wanted a weed barrier underneath it. This has worked great for that. It has not warped (we staked it down) at all.
