Bought it for my dad because it has an adjustable head rest. It worked perfectly he doesnt have to hold his head up and cause strain to his neck when he's under the car. It was big enough that he could fit on it comfortably but small enough that it fit under the car with no problem

Contacted Support and provided videos and photos and they refused to get back to me and help me in any way shape or form. It would be really nice to get a little support and maybe just replaced the one part of the mechanism that may be bent or not functioning. The entire reason for buying this creeper was so that I could have support for my head.Their support is lacking severely their communication is terrible, but the product itself if it worked would be great.

I like the head rest it has but it not low profile so it harder to move around under trucks.

If you enjoy modifying products just to get them to work as they are intended, then this is for you. The bar that holds the headrest up was bent and not even able to support the headrest without modification. I had to draw out the holes on the bracket to be able to install it on an angle to accommodate the bent bar.

Es perfecta para hacer reparaciones debajo del coche,es muy robusta (aunque pesa poco) y como dispone de 6 ruedas se puede mover en cualquier dirección facilmente.Totalmente recomendable.
