After giving birth it was purchased to get back in to shape. It's great . It was easy to install no marks left behind when i take it down. Its very easy to Learn to dance with it. The weight limit was very high so my husband that's almost 400 lbs can get on it with no issue of falling or coming detached. It's sturdy and easy to use. I love itt.

This pole is sturdy. When I first purchased it I was 245 lbs, and it held all my weight. 6 months later and I am now 200 lbs and it still holds all my weight. An excellent product , and worth the money. You won’t find a better pole for this price ! Get it !!

A functional and portable spinning pole that my wife and I enjoy. The pole pieces are thick and sturdy.Installation is easy as long as you measure ceiling height and attach spacers if needed. The closer you get to the correct height before raising into place saves time and energy expanding the pole from an odd position.Choose a well supported area for installation with plenty of room and tighten before each use to ensure stability.Kids can enjoy it during the day while the adults enjoy it at night. It's pretty funny seeing their reaction of having a stripper pole installed in your house.

Took me forever to get it to stay but that’s because i didn’t read the directions clearly enough!! look at the pictures if you’re having trouble with the wording and you should be able to install it just fine.it spins and holds my weight from all sides without moving. i only had to use the small extender for it to fit properly. I installed it on carpet and it seems pretty sturdy.good pole for the price
